Excellent job from Service Department. This was a great customer service experience. I needed normal maintenance but also had an issue with my car. The maintenance was performed and the issue was fixed (under warranty -- no charge for that). All this during inclement weather. Jakob is a great person to work with -- he even scraped the snow off my car when I came to pick it up. More

I have bad credit and no one was willing to finance me, BUT THEY MADE IT HAPPEN!!! I visited two other dealerships and WOULD NOT work with me, but Hyundai of Annapolis made it happen. I also have a very reasonable car note and the lowest interest of all that were suggested to me. I will definitely recommend them to persons of ALL financial situations.
