Awesome I researched SUV's & sedan models for all dealerships and decided on Hyundai. I have several friends that own Hyundai's. Although I liked the SUV's I I researched SUV's & sedan models for all dealerships and decided on Hyundai. I have several friends that own Hyundai's. Although I liked the SUV's I decided on the Sonata SEL sedan. The car is very comfy & lots of room especially the back seat and area. The drive is smooth and great pick up. My salesman was Mo Who was awesome. They are not pushy and worked with me on where I wanted to be on price & features. I have not used their car service yet but sure I will be treated good and my auto. Greg came over and introduced himself to me and Evelyn in finance was a gem to work with. More

Great experience! After 2 visits to Hyundai in Glen Burnie and still having the same oil leak.... I scheduled service at Annapolis Hyundai. I explained my frustration t After 2 visits to Hyundai in Glen Burnie and still having the same oil leak.... I scheduled service at Annapolis Hyundai. I explained my frustration to them. After putting my car on the lift they took me back to the repair area to show me the problem. Turns out at the previous oil change in Glen Burnie they over tightened the drain plug and cracked the oil pan. Their mistake at my expense..($292) Annapolis Hyundai took and printed photos of it for me and gave me the damaged part as well. Chances are I will not be reimbursed at Glen Burnie, but I will no longer use them for service either. Annapolis Hyundai resolved the problem which was all I really wanted. They were very personable, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without me feeling rushed along. I like that the service manager also does the work and gets familiar with my vehicle. Needless to say both of my vehicles will be serviced there moving forward. Very satisfied! More

Outstanding Service Department Jacob is always absolutely wonderful when I go in for service. This time was unexpected, as my car started making a terrible noise when I was driving. They diagnosed and fixed the issue (mouse nest in blower motor) in a couple of hours and had me happily on my way.
