Superb! I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the customer service that I received at Annapolis Hyundai. They made me feel comfortable and right away I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the customer service that I received at Annapolis Hyundai. They made me feel comfortable and right away I could tell they were transparent. From the start, I stated what I was looking for and where I would like to be. Nate, my salesman , and Kevin the sales manager got to work right away. They got me the car I wanted and at the price I asked, but most importantly, without all the games typically played at dealerships. Kevin and Nate stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Instead of having to take a day off from work, everything was handled by phone . They had the car ready for me when I got there , detailed and with a full tank of gas! Michelle had all paperwork ready to sign and when all was said and done , my wife and I spent a total of 20 minutes in the dealership. I will definitely buy another car from them again and refer anyone. Top notch customer service More
