He answered all of my 100+ questions and felt like we were working as a team because I went in truly not knowing what I wanted. What I thought I wanted was a cheap reliable car. Which he had waiting for me the next day when I went in for a test drive. After researching together and looking at 10+ more cars we figured out what I wanted and I left with the most amazing 2019 Kona!
