Helped out big time When I scheduled my car for service for a check engine light I was under 60,000 miles but by the time I got the car in my warranty had stopped because When I scheduled my car for service for a check engine light I was under 60,000 miles but by the time I got the car in my warranty had stopped because I had just broke that mark. I spoke with Jacob about the problem and he reached out to Hyundai for me and got them to cover the work under the warranty. He was easy to deal with and a huge help. Jacob has always been straight forward and very easy to communicate with. When I went in to pick my car up they had not only performed the work but they even cleaned it up for me. More

Oil problem turned into more serious issue My car(2018 Hyundai Elantra) stalled on me twice after reaching my desired destination, but I had to coast into the parking spot as my car was not wor My car(2018 Hyundai Elantra) stalled on me twice after reaching my desired destination, but I had to coast into the parking spot as my car was not working. It had to be towed and was taken to my local dealer. I had an oil change at Jiffy Lube, but they did not do it properly and all the oil they had out in was drained out leaving my car to stall on me. The associate told me that he will change the oil and see if there were any further issues. He kept me updated on what was going on and when he would be conducting the services. He informed me that it was more than an oil issue and that I had needed a new engine. It was not going to be of cost to me and Jiffy Lube worked alongside Hyundai to ensure my car was fixed in a timely manner and that I would not be held responsible for this incident. I was provided with a rental car that I used for two months while my car was at the dealership getting serviced, waiting for the engine. I only had to pay for the gas I put in it when I was using the rental car. More
