Not a call to make the appointment but they made up for it. I called to make an appointment for scheduled maintenance. I also had a tire that had been leaking air since I got the car and the radio frequently f I called to make an appointment for scheduled maintenance. I also had a tire that had been leaking air since I got the car and the radio frequently froze up when first coming on. The man on the phone was a bit rude and argumentative about the tire and was no help when I asked about the use of a car if I needed to come in on a week day. When I paid in advance for the maintenance I was told I would get a loaner car but apparently that was not correct. So I made the appointment for a Saturday.. When I got there the lady behind the counter said she didn't know why they scheduled me for a Saturday to look into the radio because there are no electronics techs on Saturdays. But they reset the radio and fixed the tire so that helped. she was very nice and explained everything I continue to have radio problems but I can not take off on a weekday to come in! So I guess I am stuck with a radio in an almost new car that doesn't work! More
