Mercedes Swann, in particular was delightful and went the extra mile. She called me an Uber and was more than accommodating by contacting me through email since I could not use my phone. On my way home, a tiny hiccup made me return to the center. Mercedes sprung to action to find someone to help me. Another stand out on the staff was one of the managers (I didn't get his name) who talked with me after the staff looked at my car a second time. He explained that what I experienced with the car was normal-- however, he used terms I understood without talking down to me and patiently answered all my questions. The staff was very professional and my car is running great. Outstanding job by everyone! More
Tao made my car buying experience very easy. Event with an appointment, it takes 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change, air filter and tire rotation.
