Normally don't leave bad reviews because I don't like to hurt workers, but this branch kinda sucks. I spent a good chunk of my day last time I was supposed to get a recall part put in, only to be told they didn't have the part. You know: the whole point of the appointment. So they rescheduled with no input from me, and when I tried to reschedule the reschedule because I worked the day they put me in for, they said there were no recalls that needed to be worked on. I'm done, and I'm taking my business to Glen Burnie's branch, and I hope they'll be more professional and reliable. More
