Mo is the most professional, knowledgeable, attentive sales person I have ever encountered. Calling him a car sales person is not justifying what he does. He went above and beyond from the first moment sales person I have ever encountered. Calling him a car sales person is not justifying what he does. He went above and beyond from the first moment I walked into the dealership, he was prompt to see me, listen to my wants and needs, provided just the perfect amount of information and was extremely proficient about it, he did not make up answers and I felt he was 100% honest, reliable and loyal to the brand, which was refreshing. I have purchased 7 cars in the past 10 years and hands down this was the best experience I had, my husband purchased even more in this time frame and he shares the same strong feelings. He was prompt, kind, attentive, knowledgeable, did not beat us around the bush and he made sure not only that we get exactly what we wanted, even if it meant getting it from another dealer himself, but that we are happy and satisfied about our choice, even after the car came in. Mo was suggesting to schedule another appointment with him after the sale to go through the car features since I had to pick up the car and leave shortly after. What kind of a sales person does that? after guaranteeing his sale, apparently he does. Thank you for your service at the dealership and for your service for this Country. You are def. our favorite!
