However, we were told that the check for our trade in couldn’t be issued before we left the dealership but were assured that it would be overnighted the next day. AFTER NEARLY FOUR WEEKS we were continuing to call them for the check. We heard all the excuses and apologies and were assured the check would be sent out! But rather take responsibility for their disorganization and miscommunication they threw “the girls in accounting” under the bus and blamed it on them. It was only after I threatened to call their corporate office to complain that they got the check out. Now imagine how they would have reacted if they were waiting for us to get them a check! I’ll be in the market for a new QX 80 next year but there is no way that I would buy a car from these guys and I recommend anyone else do the same. These guys are the proverbial “used car salesmen”!
