My service was for an engine coolant change and two recall items. The service writers (I dealt with three different ones at various times) we're all very courteous. Chrisy, the primary contact, was car recall items. The service writers (I dealt with three different ones at various times) we're all very courteous. Chrisy, the primary contact, was careful to explain the process, timing, etc. and was prompt to respond to the questions I texted to her. The service was completed ahead of schedule, and they even washed the car before I picked it up (!). A very pleasant experience overall. More
Scheduled a pickup and drop off appointment 5 days ago for my vehicle with a check engine light on. Got an email about the pickup, but didn’t hear from the service dept about anything. So pickup goes as for my vehicle with a check engine light on. Got an email about the pickup, but didn’t hear from the service dept about anything. So pickup goes as planned this morning a they picked up the vehicle from my wife’s office on time. 45 minutes later I finally get in touch with Chrisy, who is managing my service only to hear that they can change my oil and rotate my tires, but they won’t be able to diagnose the check engine light until Monday or Tuesday. So I said fine, lets change do the oil and tires and I’ll bring the vehicle back on Tuesday. She then explains that no matter what, they’re going to need to keep my vehicle for several days in order to diagnose the check engine light. Ok, I’ll need a loaner then. Nope, no loaner. What this tells me about the dealership is that in todays day and age, where a diagnosis is done in 30 seconds after hooking up my vehicle, they are so disorganized that they can’t make a schedule and keep it. Do I ever want to do any business of any sort with this dealership again? NO NEVER. And I would recommend that if your check engine light ever comes on, take it to the mechanic down on the corner and find out in 10 minutes what’s going on. Or better yet, purchase your own diagnostic scanner. More
The people are amazing and the service impeccable. Always. They go above and beyond to keep you informed and best of all provide me with a loaner as I live over an hour away.
