Dave Parks in finance was awesome and very efficient regarding my time. He explained the contract and informed me of add on choices like extended warranties etc. He was not high pressure and very courteous. Don't normally visit the dealer for maintenance, but this was a major (60,000 mile) maitenance item that my "normal" mechanic suggested I take to the dealer. As usual, they found "extra" items that needed was a major (60,000 mile) maitenance item that my "normal" mechanic suggested I take to the dealer. As usual, they found "extra" items that needed repair/replacement, adding about another $1,000 to the bill. These may or may not have needed replacement, but it was an opportune time for the dealer to stack the bill. He also wanted to sell me a set of tires, which I refused. More
