Salesman, Michael Quigley was superb. He is very customer service. He went over and beyond the call of duty. Michael said I could come back after my work shift ended and he would show me how to work customer service. He went over and beyond the call of duty. I did go back to Cherokee Ford at the end of the day and Michael explained everything. He is amazing. When I went back to pickup my old auto I had some additional questions on the new gadgets and Michael answered everyone of them. Our experience was wonderful. Mike Quigley took us in, asked what we were looking for and we only tried one vehicle. He got it right the first time. The only thing that bothered me a little is that we had to have a loaner vehicle due to a mechanical issue with our new car and it was the SAME pre-owned vehicle that I had inquired about on-line and was told that it was no longer available. We are completely happy with what we bought, just really surprised that the person that we were dealing with on-line didn't know what was available and what wasn't. We will return to this dealership and tell our friends and co-workers about it. It was amazing!! I have been coming to NP Ford (now Cherokee Ford) since 2003 and have always been pleased with mostly warranty work on all my Fords.(I do oil changes and tire rotations myself). I am super-picky about my cars and I can say that since John Herrin arrived there on the scene a few years ago, my satisfaction has grown to levels I honestly never thought possible with vehicle service at a dealership. If John is an example of the overall ethic and leadership of this dealership, they may get the chance to sell me my next Ford or Lincoln! John is honest, courteous and you can be sure he is ALWAYS looking out for his customer. It's almost as if you have stepped back to a time where you could place faith in a dealership service department. I have dealt with many others, and I can honestly say that this dealership's service and specifically John Herrin are without equal.. I will also say that my car is always delivered as clean or cleaner than when it left me, can anyone these days say they get that from even the Lexus dealer? Also, my issues have always been corrected the first time without need for repeat visits for the same problem. During the 2011 Christmas holiday, our family had the privilege of helping a wonderful, deserving friend acquire a car. Suffice it to say this friend both needed and deserved our help. She desperately needed a car in order to start her new job out of state and was scheduled to start the week after Christmas. We had already visited a number of dealerships trying to find the right car for her to begin her new life and career, and were already growing weary of the traditional sales hassles and pressures. We entered the dealership and were greeted by Alan Corbett, Sales Manager, which we found impressive in itself. After we explained to Mr. Corbett what we were trying to do, he immediately embraced our Christmas efforts and truly took a personal interest in assisting us. He went through his inventory with us, advised us which cars best fit our pricing and reliability needs and actually recommended against certain cars he felt may require more maintainence and expense after purchase. Importantly, I truly feel he gave us the best price he possibly could that was fair to both us and the dealership with an absolute minimum of effort and conversation. Shortly into the process, Mr.Corbett asked one of his salesmen, Mr. Jose Santacruz, to assist us in the test drive and ultimate purchase of the car. Mr. Corbett remained nearby to assist in any manner we needed, though Mr. Santacruz could not have been more helpful and professional. We chose a car and called our friend and asked her to meet us at the dealership. By the time she arrived,, Mr. Corbett and Mr. Santacruz had the car washed and had put a huge red bow on the car for her to see it when she arrived. They found a Santa hat for her, put it on her head and made her close her eyes as they walked her out to see her new car. They then took pictures of her in her new vehicle with tears of joy streaming on virtually everyone's face, including theirs. The friendliness and professionalism of Mr. Corbett and Mr. Santacruz, combined with their genuine desire to assist us in making this a wonderful Christmas for our deserving friend, only served to enhance the privilege of what we were doing. They immediately understood the situation and made the entire car buying experience the most enjoyable I have ever been a part of. I offer my personal thanks to these two gentlemen and to their entire dealership. Assuming these gentlemen are representative of the entire staff at Cherokee Ford, I recommend this dealership whole-heartedly!
