ON 4-15-24 took my F150 in to be diagnosed and repaired. After waiting a week, on 4-23 Cristy gave me a estimate of over 5k dollars to repair timing componet problems. I gave O.K. at this time. Then Cristy text me on 4-29 to let me know that there was a parts problem with another truck and not working on my truck. On 4-29 get another message saying that the truck would be ready middle of week or Thursday .Finally on 5-1 got a message that truck would be ready Friday.Reached out to Christy by text and phone with no response to eather. The following Monday mourning went to dealership to see if truck was ready. Another service writer informed me Cristy was on vacation.When I asked what the status of the truck was ,she proceded to tell me that there was a low oil pressure problem and the 5k plus repair was not going to take care of noise issue. When aske if vehicle has ben worked on the answer was no. Took my vehicle without repair from them and to another repair facility. Within2 days the truck problem was diagnosed with a estimate that is 3k dollars less. Is there HONESTY AND INTEGRITY HERE? I dont think so. Whats your feelings.? More
