What a pleasant experience purchasing a 2015 Lincoln MKC from Cherokee Lincoln. I met Phillipp Hildner this morning after several emails in ses=arch of a new Lincoln MKC and c purchasing a 2015 Lincoln MKC from Cherokee Lincoln. I met Phillipp Hildner this morning after several emails in ses=arch of a new Lincoln MKC and can't say enough nice things about everyone that I met at the dealership especially Phillip who was extremely knowedagable, professional and went beyond "the call of duty" in finding the vehicle that I was looking for and I might add, not "pushy in any way. Phillipp gave me the information that I asked for and let me take my time to decide the exact specifications of the car that I want. Great Customer Service For Lincoln Repair! My car broke down on the way home from bringing my husband home from the hospital on August 26, 2014 at 5:30pm. Called AAA for tow to Cherokee Ford/Li My car broke down on the way home from bringing my husband home from the hospital on August 26, 2014 at 5:30pm. Called AAA for tow to Cherokee Ford/Lincoln about 12 miles away. Called dealership to alert them we were on the way. (We had used their service department a couple of times prior to this.) John Herrin said no problem he would be there when we arrived and would arrange for the shuttle to bring me home. He called the next day to explain the problem. The cost was a little more than I could afford at the time but John worked with me to make it a win win situation for both of us. Everything was repaired properly and is working well. Thank you John! I appreciate your efforts to make me a satisfied customer. More

Ask For Max!! I was a first time car buyer, so i was very anxious walking into car dealerships for the first time. I was lucky enough when I walked into Cherokee Li I was a first time car buyer, so i was very anxious walking into car dealerships for the first time. I was lucky enough when I walked into Cherokee Lincoln to be welcomed by Max Williams. He was so friendly and was never pushy (which is what I expected, from car salesmen). We went back and forth by phone and email until I decided to purchase the MKC. He was always quick to respond and once again never made me feel like I need to buy extra features that I knew I wouldn't use. I never thought I would have fun buying a car, but Max made it such a great experience!! I would recommend him to everyone! I also LOVE my new car!! I was also assured that if anything were to go wrong or when I need service on my car to contact Max and he would make sure I was taken care of! Thank you Max for making this such a lovely experience! I could not be happier! More

His level of knowledge, patience, and concern is unlike any sales person I've ever worked with in ANY product or service purchase. He is AWESOME! Please, if you're worried about being the victim of a high pressure car salesman call Louis and rest assured he'll make you comfortable and happy buying a car. More
Over charged for service not performed Engine light was on, AutoZone gave me the codes, took the vehicle to the dealer (John Herrin) for diagnostic and advise for repair and cost, Paid $110 Engine light was on, AutoZone gave me the codes, took the vehicle to the dealer (John Herrin) for diagnostic and advise for repair and cost, Paid $110. Two days later the dealer wanted me to authorize additional $270 for further tear down for diagnoses. I was skeptical and asked for a report for their findings and their recommendations for the repair. They tried hard, and I need hard to get the authorization without giving information about what they did or found. I demanded a report as I was picking up the vehicle. The report had the same codes I gave them from AutoZone, and wrote trans concern need authorization to further tear down, no report no estimated cost, nothing. Checking the codes online, they were P0315 Crankshaft sensor and P0231 fuel pump. As if this wasn't enough, when I filed complaint with the dealership, they spammed my email sending promos to come and buy from them. Never again, Sure FORD stands for Found On the Road Dead. More
