Easy Process I went to Cherokee Ford to "just look" at a new Fusion. He made purchasing our car very pleasant. About a month later we received a recall notice, called the service dept., set up an appointment and the problem was fixed while we waited. Matt already had the keys ready for us and was extremely professional during our entire time there. He stayed after closing hours and ensured our experience was excellent. He gave us a fair price and his customer service was OUTSTANDING! I would certainly drive over from AL and purchase another vehicle from him again. We will be in touch in a few years once we are ready for another car. It is a very big deal for me to actually give a car salesman a great rating. I have had some terrible experiences in the past. Our transaction was so smooth. From test drive to purchase out the door was two hours. More
