But came there anyway He was a little forceful and made me believe the manager still had my keys ad kept me there a little long then I wanted to be. So I bought it just to get out of there. Then one the key pads did not work This was a bad deal around just buyer beware. Next time I will get my keys so this don't happen again I never meant the service manager and we agree to that one the phone.. I will be checking my credit report on a weekly bases. The car also smells inside. Sales manager Mike I think he was pretty honest. Now for financing Luke Stafford was the best thing out of all of this. Pugmire Lincoln service is good. I think I should have bought form Hennessy I hate doing these things but I think people should know I even had to pay to get the car certified. I rate this dealer and Armen 1.5 stars Friendliness was ok till i purchase the car So all round they made a deal buyer beware More

The best ford dealership period. I've had a variety of cars and trucks from luxury sedans to Toyotas. I have been doing business with Angela Krause for 3 years now and on my second f1 I've had a variety of cars and trucks from luxury sedans to Toyotas. I have been doing business with Angela Krause for 3 years now and on my second f150 from raptor to platinum. This dealership runs like a fine tuned machine. The sales associates make it as easy as possible all the way to the finance department. The service department really shines tho. Josh Westerman is professional and has gone above and beyond for me for 3 years now, very knowledgeable and professional. I will not consider ever going anywhere else. More

Called this dealership to get more info and asked about the condition of the vehicle. The sales associate told me the vehicle was in great shape, immaculate condition. I told him we were about 2 hours away, so I needed him to honestly describe the condition and asked what the best purchase price would be. He kept going on and on about how nice it was. He said "If you come on down and buy it today, I will make you a great deal!". He kept assuring me of how nice it was. We drove the 2 hours and was highly disappointed not only in the description, but also how everything was handled with all the sales associates and managers we spoke with. This dealership is full of sales pitches that they don't fulfill! We won't waste our time with them again. More

After making a 3 and a half hour trip in snow & ice, the Sales Manager was unwilling to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I was given multiple stories as to the dealership's intent with the vehicle (release to auction or already sold to another dealer). Except for one customer service agent (Marium, who was wonderful), there was no response from any inquiry that I made to the Salesperson (unless I called and pestered him) or the General Manager (at all). After being told at the dealership that it was not possible due to high mileage, I obtained financing on my own from my credit union. I sent in a counter offer only to hear (after multiple emails, calls, utilizing the website messaging system) that they had sent the vehicle to auction. After a brief search on EBay Motors, low & behold, guess what I find… A classified listing (not auction) for the very same Tundra listed new on the very same day for about $800 less than before still being sold by this dealership. I have NEVER had this kind of experience with a dealership. Waste of time and money trying to buy from here... I wish I had taken the reviews from some of the others on here more seriously... It’s called an “advertised price” for a reason. Negotiation is part of the process. I can handle tough negotiations. I can even take the sales games, but DO NOT lie to me. At least be a professional, get off your rear, and tell me you don’t want to sell it at the price I offered. AVOID!!! Save yourself the hassle & the run around. More

He serviced my 1st Lincoln Navigator to 80K miles and my current now at 169K (my teenage son drives it) and has kept it running perfectly. I don't ever think about taking my car anywhere else (even an oil change) because I know that John will take care of me. Thank you for providing outstanding service day in and day out. More

Since the insurance company totaled out of my car I found myself having to buy a car unprepared. I test drove all small SUV's; Kia Sportage, Nissan Rogue, Honda CRV, Toyota Rav 4, and Mazda CX5. Just a bit of a nervous buyer...I finally tried the Ford Escape which was not easy after being a Honda, Mazda person. But the Escape actually had more stability and a nicer interior then the others and affordably priced, except for the Kia which was no comparison. I worked with Ruben Fernandez, Zack Krause and Sales Manager Ryan Fols. Ruben and Zack were very patient and allowed me to test drive several cars of the same model. Other dealerships were quite impatient (even if they had a right to be), I am still the customer. But at AFK they did what they could to make sure I was in the right car, letting me know which had options I may want and which they felt I did not need. Ryan Fols was very good about negotiating a fair deal with me. Especially as a woman I felt respected. I love my Ford Escape SE! More
Most unprofessional dealership ever! If this site would let me, I'd give this place no stars at all! I saw a vehicle yesterday I had been searching for at Angela Krause Ford in Alpharetta If this site would let me, I'd give this place no stars at all! I saw a vehicle yesterday I had been searching for at Angela Krause Ford in Alpharetta. There were no pictures but had everything else I wanted listed and dealers notes on it was that it was practically pristine. I called that morning to make sure it was still available. After taking a moment to make sure it was still available ( which she said it was ), she wrote me down as an appointment to see it later that day. After my fiancé got off of work, I gave her a call again to confirm that it was still available to see, telling her my fiancé and I have an hour and a half drive until we're there. She assured me it was ready to see and said just to ask for her once we got there, so I hightailed it as quickly as possible. Once we had arrived, many associates were standing around. Not one said a thing to us. We walked in and straight to the front desk where finally an associate ask us if he could help us. We spoke with someone about meeting the young woman I spoke with on the phone. I had gotten a business call at that time, as well, so when she came out to shake my hand I apologized for being on the phone. She spoke with my fiancé while I finished my call, but by the time I got off the phone, she had referred us to the original associate that did greet us. He seemed nice and immediately accommodating to get the information from us about the vehicle we came to see. Thinking about it now, I don't know why the girl I originally spoke with did not give him that info for us. He left to retrieve the keys for us, but apparently had some difficulties in finding them. As we waited, we decide to stroll the parking lot to find the truck after he pointed us in a general direction. However could not seem to find it. He finally came out with keys and we walked quite a distance to the wrong truck. The associate hikes back to find the proper keys while we start looking on that side of the parking lot, again not finding it. By now, we had been there for about a half hour. The associate came up in a vehicle similar to what I was looking for and said we'd drive around to find it. All the while he's making excuses as to what may have happened to the vehicle as nicely as he possibly could. After asking him several questions while driving around the lot, we both realized this associate knew nothing about trucks at all. We drove around for about 20 minutes , seeing similar vehicles but he would look at them and say no that wasn't it. We asked mechanics and other workers there. Everybody had a similar story that the truck had been looked at, cleaned and taken to the front to be shown. The associate began to say that he would give us a call once he found it but we explained we drove close to 2 hours to get there. We kept asking him to find a manager but he just kept driving us around. Finally, we go back to the front and talk to another associate who had been there for a while apparently. He drove off and came back within 2 minutes saying he found it. He drives us to the vehicle which was the same one we kept pointing out while driving around but it was in the maintenance area. The more experienced associate began to tell us a few things about the truck but that because it was in the maintenance area, he did not want to crank it up just in case they've already done work on it. All the mechanics had left except one and he said he had no idea whether it had be worked on or not. Now, other than the fact that we had already spent almost 3 hours to finally see the truck just to not be able to even crank it up or drive it, but it had a huge dent in the tailgate and a pretty sizable rip in the leather upholstery. The description of the vehicle, the girl on the phone and the more knowledgable associate acted like it was immaculate! After looking over the vehicle, I asked him about price several times since clearly the truck had some definite issues and the asking price was pretty high for what I can now see is not immaculate. He just kept telling me the price was on the website. I asked how they could put such a firm price on it since supposedly it had not even gone through maintenance yet. He could not give me a straight forward answer. Before he left, the more experienced associate said it was a trade in. I asked the clueless associate for the specs on the check they had to have done to come up with a trade in value, but again, he could not give us that either and gave me a lame excuse that didn't make any sense on why I could not see it. He gave me a carfax report on it but none of the issues apparently were claimed. We went back to the front all with him , all the while he's telling us that the good news for us was that we finally found it! Seriously?!!! He already had my driver license and took a picture of it with his phone. By now I'm not sure why he needed it if I couldn't even drive the car or purchase it for that matter. We left and no one said anything to us on how sorry they were about our visit. The clueless associate did try to apologize but not like he was sincere. More like, "I apologize that you spent all this time here, but in our defense, you know, things like this happen." After we left, I called my stepfather who works as an associate at a car dealership. He said the whole situation was completely absurd. He said that is exactly the kind of place that gives dealerships a bad name. Boy....he wasn't kidding!!! More

Discovered horn, tire size issue month after purchase. Sales Mgrs would not help, and salesman would not help. Left review on google, GM called me in and fixed horn, replaced tires, replaced key. Last month got first tire rotation, discovered rim issue. (GM and other mgrs have all left since last fall and been replaced). Sales GM Danny Jackson promised to call back. No call backs (have called and left messages with his VM). At 6th phone call, Matt Lane said washers on hubs are safe depending on opinion of service center. Asked if I could bring in and he verify, he said no point - if they sold it it's safe and passed inspection (mind horn, tire issue). Checked with multiple service centers plus hub and rim specialist center - washers are absolutely unsafe as substitute spacers. My wife drove this truck to Augusta with my wife. Multiple call backs to dealer have yielded nothing. Kristen Moore internet mgr promised to call back 2x before finding out she no longer works there. Eric customer service mgr promised twice to call back. No call backs. DeShaun promised to call back within a hour - no call backs. They do not care about the well being of their customers, nor on repeat business. More
