Matthew and Armen greeted us when we pulled up and at no time made us feel pressured. They were professional and courteous in answering all questions. Ling story short, three hours after walking through the door, we were leaving with a 2010 Mustang GT and 2016 Shelby GT350. I have traded with Angela Krause before and recommend them to friends, families and anyone that has questions. Ryan Fols, Mumen Maqousi and Evan Klein was great to work with. Mumen listened to what I wanted, Ryan found the car I wanted and Evan worked with me on financing. Mumen found deflector, window shields and floor liners that I wanted. David Kay called when the materials came in, scheduled and appointment and everything was done to perfection. I can't say enough about these guys. I give them all 110%. Thank you, Brenda Loner More

The service advisor did everything he could including lying not to accept fault by the dealership. His name is Matt Lane. He has the worst customer skills of anyone that I have ever encountered. They will never see me again. More
Service here is Ok . Sales Department is Poor I've purchased two fords over the last three years (95k worth). One last month. I gave this dealership first shot at my business both times and both times they were horrible to deal with. They had inadequately trained sales personnel that did know the vehicles they were trying to sell (options, specs, etc.). I knew what I wanted and already knew the answers to the questions I was asking. To be fair, most dealerships play the same silly games that dealerships have played for 50 years and this one is no different.., they are just very bad and obvious about it. Here are a few examples......Pulling the "this model is in short supply" game; Offering me 15% less for my trade with the old "I called a local dealer about your trade/model and this is what they'd pay me for it" silly nonsense; and getting a copy of my license and trade in keys and holding onto them. This dealership is not looking for a fair win/win deal (They make money you get a fair deal) type outcome. It was obvious in their demeanor and overall culture of their sales department. Ultimately I saved 3.5K on the first purchase and 9k on the most recent purchase vs. their "best and final offer" shopping at other dealers in Atlanta. I have had some service done at this dealership and the service folks were pretty good, though would never consider purchasing from them again. More
