Probably the worst place you could take your vehicle to get serviced. Had my truck for 3 1/2 weeks and one of the issues was not even fixed after I communicated 3 times to make sure it was good to go. Pre get serviced. We brought our vehicle here for service. The total was about $400. We came to the store at 5 PM to pick up the car After we were told it was ready. We went to the cashier who had someone send a link to our phone to pay electronically. We went to the link and i paid the amount due. I received an email from the dealer showing that it was paid and a link to a receipt showing the amount, the date, and the Angela Kraus information on top. I presented it to the cashier and she said she can’t accept that because her computer isn’t updated and won’t show her that I paid it. I showed her the email as well as the attached receipt and she said she can’t accept that. She told me to come back tomorrow. I told her I would not do that and she needs to find a manager to take care of the problem. she kept hesitating and didn’t want to call anyone. Then she went and made some calls, but couldn’t reach anyone. She continued to tell me that she wasn’t going to accept my receipt because her computer updating showing the payment. I told her I could print it on their printer if they wanted me to and she said no. I told her she needs to find a manager to take care of the problem. She told me I would have to come back tomorrow again. I told her no, I would not and that I’m here to pick up my car that I paid for. We threatened to call the police department to show them the paperwork. She finally got up out of her chair and walked across the driveway to speak to someone named Harry. she came back and said that she can’t find the paperwork. After sending several people to look for it she finally said she had it. The service advisor was at her computer and said that it’s my problem and I should call my bank. I told her there’s no reason for me to call anyone when I have a receipt and that this is their computer problem. I used their link to pay the bill And I have a receipt. Ultimately, after about 30 minutes, the cashier called a porter and had someone bring me my car. I will definitely not be back. More

Our car is still fairly new so we haven’t had a lot of services yet but when we’ve been there, we always get amazing service! They even dropped my car back off to me at home because I didn’t have a way to services yet but when we’ve been there, we always get amazing service!
