We were later asked for more documentation and more documentation as though we were still being approved. We have purchased several vehicles but we have never experienced anything like this before. This has been a very confusing transaction that has caused us to change our mind on what we thought was a seamless transaction. More

You think someone in the finance department would know how to calculate interest. So he acts out and insults a customer. I have a degree in math, and he told me I don't know how to add. My husband and I had previously purchased two cars from Angela Krause Ford and used their service department. We will NEVER purchase anything from them again, and we will no longer use their service department. This is 100% because of Basil. More

There are much more honorable and efficient dealerships to purchase these brands at since internet sales have arrived. More
Unorganized service department I bought a car from Angela Kraus in October. There was a recall on the airbag and THEY called ME and asked me to bring it in for a free replacement on I bought a car from Angela Kraus in October. There was a recall on the airbag and THEY called ME and asked me to bring it in for a free replacement on the airbag. I waited a full day while my car was in the shop, when I returned they had informed me that they had no clue what the problem was and they had no part to fix the recall (keep in mind, they called me initially) they asked me to bring it back once they called to let me know the part was in. About a month later, I got a call to bring my car back in because they had received the part. I was ensured that my visit would be quick and I would be in and out in an hour. I arrived at 9 am and waited until 12, when I finally decided to go ask about the status of my car. After 3 hours, my car had not been seen and once again they claimed they did not have the part for my car. I spoke with the supervisor who has been the one calling me to get the recall fixed and they finally tracked down the part. I was asked to wait another hour for them to put my car into the shop. The service department is disorganized and they do not communicate between each other well. I have been told multiple different things by multiple different people. If you have a Lincoln or a ford, I suggest you use another dealperships service center because this one Is incredibly unreliable. More
Happy with service I contacted the service department to schedule an appointment for 3 issues on my new 2018 F150, which I purchased elsewhere. They were supper helpful and called me a few times to make sure I knew the truck would be there for several days. I fully expected it to be there awhile, but the calls certainly were meant to make sure I KNEW this. They reassigned the service advisor a few times, in an attempt to have them available when I picked the truck up. I ended up with Haley White and was completely satisfied with her efforts and the completion of the work. More

Along with David, Stephen Higham made sure we knew evrything about our new car. Rick Kennedy, Sales GM, and Basil Uqdah, Finance, helped get price where we needed to be to close deal. Class Act Premier Dealership I had been window shopping on the internet and found an F-150 I liked somewhere else. That particular dealer talked a good game to get in the doors bu I had been window shopping on the internet and found an F-150 I liked somewhere else. That particular dealer talked a good game to get in the doors but then clearly did not want to put effort into the sale. Almost has if I was a bother. still went forward and then things went south. No discussions, no options for finance. Basically take it or leave it... left it. I was given Angela Krause Ford in Alpharetta has a good place to go to. They responded immediately via email and phone call. I was there that evening and Victor Sevilla made the magic happen along with Manager and Finance team. The process was pleasant, quick, and very comfortable. Victor listen to my needs and provided realistic honest options. In fact several and spent the time to review each one. Victor was awesome to work with and will be sending folks to him. I have worked in the dealership business and I can honestly say I was impress from the moment Amber Matthews responded to my search to working with Victor. I will be back to Angela Krause Ford for my Ford services and future purchases. Thank you Victor, Amber and Angela Krause team! More
