After visiting two recognized agencies in the used car sales business and not getting offers that fit my taste and needs, I decided to visit this agency; I started calling to ensure that there was someone who spoke Spanish since it is the language that I know perfectly. From there begins a very good service, talk to Maria Tovar who kindly told me if they could help me because there were two people who also spoke Spanish. I was in a time crunch before my lease ended and he made it happen for me AND got me an even better APR than I had found somewhere else for financing! Not only that, but he went above and beyond by providing me with front door service! He came to me (at least a 30 minute drive) and brought all the papers I needed to sign and we got it done so quickly! This was HUGE as I have two small kids and can’t imagine what it would've been like if I had to actually go into the dealership. Maurice- thank you SO much!
