Don't, Don't, Don't have any service done here ever! They had my car for a week and a half with no calls for estimates or timing whatsoever. After day two I put a call in to the service advisor who neve They had my car for a week and a half with no calls for estimates or timing whatsoever. After day two I put a call in to the service advisor who never answers and they encourage you to text but those go unanswered as well. I called daily after day three only to be kept on ignore. It wasn't until I finally got to the service manager10 that I received a call back after a week and a half of being ignored. Now they wanted to charge me over $1000 for an oxygen sensor and repair of my cruise control on a 20 year old Mercury . And another $1638 for a replacement AC compressor and the air is working fine - that's over $2700 dollars. I only had the oxygen sensor and cruise fixed but after I left the cruise activation light no longer worked and when I returned the Tech started arguing with me while the advisor and eventually the service manager looked on because we were getting heated with each other in the service lane. I should have read all the terrible reviews before I brought my car here. It starts at the top so scratch anything Angela Krause off your list - in fact run - this is the worst I've been treated in a car dealership and I've been in the car business over 30 years. And the car was returned filthy with a few extra scuffs. More
