Difficult to schedule, over priced and not professional. Visit for sunroof broken bracket. Known issue with Ford/Lincoln sunroofs. Was told tech needed to review vehicle. Tech completed vis professional. Visit for sunroof broken bracket. Known issue with Ford/Lincoln sunroofs. Was told tech needed to review vehicle. Tech completed visual diagnostic (meaning no diagnostic machine was attached to vehicle). Tech Came to same conclusion that I stated at beginning of service visit. Dealership then proceeds to write up repair as major replacement vs repair of track assembly. Then service desk person -Brian states parts are not available - on back order status til at least July. (Meanwhile others in area have access to Ford OEM parts same day. Lastly, dealership charges me $160 for 5 minutes diagnostic for long standing client. No client empathy or understanding. Will not recommend. Welcome dealership reaching out to remedy this experience. More
