DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP and DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. I bought a used car from them and the engine light came on a few days later. I took the car back and the sales manager said they would "take THEM. I bought a used car from them and the engine light came on a few days later. I took the car back and the sales manager said they would "take care of" the repairs, i.e. pay for them. While I was waiting that day, I was told that the car also had an active factory recall and that they should not have sold me the car until that recall was fixed. They didn't finish the repairs that day - Thursday - or the next day. I got a call on Monday afternoon that the car was ready. When I got there the next morning, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay $1900 to get my car back. I spent the next few hours trying to talk to my sales person - Donald - and the manager of sales. After one conversation, I never got a call back. About 5 hours later, I went to sales to ask them what was going on. The sales manager asked if service gave me a loaner car - he knew they didn't, they didn't have any, everyone knew that - and then he started saying something about finding one. He said he couldn't take of the issue. I said that $1900 is not a lot to a company with over $20 million in revenue, and this seemed to really set him off. They had my car for FOUR BUSINESS DAYS and refused to give it back to me even though they said they would take care of it. I paid the $1900 ransom to get my car. More
