I went in the showroom to ask about where certain cars were located and was told by Eric to go out back. I found a car I wanted to drive and had to go in and search for someone to get a key. Chad gave me were located and was told by Eric to go out back. I found a car I wanted to drive and had to go in and search for someone to get a key. Chad gave me a key and told me to meet him at the gas station to get gas. He never showed. I decided I wanted to drive one more car but when I went in, I was told Chad was gone and they just took the key. I apparently didn't look like I was worthy of purchasing a car. More

I contacted this dealership on Wednesday 4/20/22 to purchase a 2019 Ford F-150 Ford Raptor. I worked with a salesman named Brayden. He was courteous and helpful. I put in a credit application with Matt purchase a 2019 Ford F-150 Ford Raptor. I worked with a salesman named Brayden. He was courteous and helpful. I put in a credit application with Matt the finance manager and was approved that Wednesday evening. While talking with Matt he presented an opportunity to buy and extended warranty. I first told him I wasn’t interested but he insisted and I told I couldn’t make a decision on the extended warranty right then. It was late in the day and he suggested we finish up the deal the next morning. Thursday, 4/21/2022. I did not hear from him the next morning. I text Braydon around 11am. At 1:30pm Braydon called and told me the truck had been sold to someone else that morning. He was upset as was I. Apparently a manager named Armen had approved the truck to be sold to someone else. So, without any consideration or call it was sold out from under me! This dealership needs ethics training for sure! Especially, if this is a reflection of the sales and finance management team as a whole! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
