I had dropped off my lincoln for a few warranty covered items. Was told it should be done by Wednesday. On Thursday I called a few times but couldn't get through and no one was returning my calls. On Frida items. Was told it should be done by Wednesday. On Thursday I called a few times but couldn't get through and no one was returning my calls. On Friday after repeatedly calling, I went through the sales department to get any answers. My wheels were covered by warranty and they done a terrible job. Looks like a spray can job. The marks on my rear seat were not addressed and the key fob was covered but I didn't get it either. The only satisfaction was from one new tire. No communication and my time is not important to them at all. More
Gosh. . Greediest dealer i have seen in my life. Added 7,400 for a Machee car as their MSRP. No wonder why TSLA tried to avoid the dealers like this. . Greediest dealer i have seen in my life. Added 7,400 for a Machee car as their MSRP. No wonder why TSLA tried to avoid the dealers like this. More
Excellent service! !! So happy that our service advisor, Steve Smith is back. I very much like that after arriving to have my truck serviced, Steve checked for recalls !! So happy that our service advisor, Steve Smith is back. I very much like that after arriving to have my truck serviced, Steve checked for recalls. He stated that I did have a recall, and it would be would be taken care of with this service. Usually, if we need to have the truck there for a longer service, we drive it over the night before, and pick up when it is ready. I thought this would be a short service, and planned to wait. Steve informed me that the truck would not be ready until later in the afternoon. He offered me a ride home, and said our truck would be delivered to our home when finished. I was pleasantly surprised! The driver was very courteous, and the man delivering our truck was, also, very courteous. Thank you to Steve Smith, our Service Advisor and Angela Krause Ford for excellent service. Debbie Sheffield More
was advised I was buying a Bronco with a hard and soft top and they waited 7 months to tell me that they did not have to honor this because they didn't put it in the contract. ( Telling someone one thing top and they waited 7 months to tell me that they did not have to honor this because they didn't put it in the contract. ( Telling someone one thing and selling them another is bait and switch ) I then found out that they double the msrp price - so charged me over $80,000 for a car that had an msrp of $41,000 They did not put in the contract the $19,000 they offered me for my car and I gave them a $25,000 check so I told them I could not use this car because this is not what they told me I was buying ( Bait and switch ) they offered me $47,000 for the car and I still owe $39,100 .. They tried to take me for more money even though I had already paid over $50,000 The last thing. I emailed the car salesman my divorce papers with my name change and they still put the wrong last name. My name had been changed by the court in July 2020 so a total of 4 issues 1. I was sold a different product than what I was told- and not advised for 7 mo 2. paid double the price and not given full credit for my trade in 3. they tried to get more money out of me 4. wrong name on the contract I gave them the opportunity to make things right by giving me a car for the same as what I have paid in the past 9 months. But they chose to try to get more money out of me.. I would NOT have bought the car in the first place if I had been told the truth. I would have brought it right back if I had been told I was not getting the hard top a week later when I first starting asking for an eta on the hard top.. Now they want to price gouge me again. More
