Hey Jim, I would love to discuss and show you why the pricing is this why on these vehicles. I try and be transparent and can show you documents to prove what I am saying. The reason we have these vehicles and most others do not is because we are buying these vehicles from other dealerships to have more to sell. Alpharetta has shown to be big on the electric vehicles so we went out and got more since we sold all of our Mach E's. We are paying 10k-20k over MSRP for a lot of these vehicles. I did not buy it, but today an inventory brokered offered me an F-150 Lightning for 60K over sticker! When these vehicles could still be ordered, we sold them all at MSRP. my email is zkrause@angelakrauseford.com

Hey AJ, I understand your frustration. On all ordered vehicles, we only charge MSRP. These Mach E vehicles we have were all purchased for over MSRP from other dealers across the country which is why there is an adjustment price. Jan, As we have been discussing over the phone, I am sorry about your unhappiness regarding your purchase. I understand what you are saying in regards to what you thought you were buying, but all the paperwork says otherwise. The we owe form, which states what is owed after the sale, says "as is" and is signed by you. This purchase was made almost a year ago, when Bronco was first released, and this was our first unit that was "open" because the customer who reserved and ordered the vehicle did not take delivery. Because of that, it was sold well over MSRP - this price was displayed on our website, on the vehicle, on the sale sheet given to you by the sales person, on the bill of sale from finance, and the law contract with the bank. You signed and acknowledged all these forms. I am willing to get you into a vehicle, and I offered you $8,000 over MSRP for your vehicle which is now almost a year old, a new model year is out, and has 10,000 miles.

FYI, I was not wearing my glasses and I relied on your sales person to tell me the truth 2. I did not see it on the website 3. Your finance guy said just sign here this is just standard, this is why I was asking him what it meant before signing. He lied.. which is something you condone. 4. This only had one sticker on the window which had in very small print the MSRP and the over $82 thousand in bold. I am only 5 fr tall and could not see that high up.. once again I counted on your sales person explain to me and tell me the truth. So what you’re stating, is that your employees can lie all they want as long as they change it on the documents. Once again do I have to explain bait and switch. If you want proof I have photos of the vehicle and the sticker. And the vehicle is in your show room the way it was being presented.. And one more thing, The reason why it has taken me so long is because your employees continue to lie to me for seven months. And it took until the eighth month for anyone to contact me back
