As background, I am a self-described car aficionado and very detail oriented about cars and related maintenance and repairs. ( My kids and friends would call me OCD about vehicles of all shapes, sizes, an very detail oriented about cars and related maintenance and repairs. With that in mind, Haley, Tim, Eric, and Zach have all been great to work with throughout my experience at Angela Krause Ford. I have taken my 2021 Ford Bronco in for a recall, maintenance, and warranty repairs. Considering the current people and supply chain challenges companies are still facing, the team has gone above and beyond to ensure that this work is done correctly, and my detailed questions are addressed. No,I can't make a favorable review of this dealership. Here we go again. This is the second time taking my vehicle in for service in the last 6 months and leaving the establishment like I was the one at f Here we go again. This is the second time taking my vehicle in for service in the last 6 months and leaving the establishment like I was the one at fault for asking for something. It's always a fight to get the smallest of customer service responses that I am utterly despondent. Hey, Tim P., if you're reading this, I'm not changing my review no matter what you can offer. If you want better reviews, change the way you do business. Put the customer first and think about what the customer wants and anticipate the questions so that you have favorable answers to provide. Here's the situation: brought my vehicle in for service due to a harsh/lagging shift from the transmission. I was told that they would have to keep my car for 1-3 days. Brought my vehicle in on a Monday and was then told they had to keep it 2-3 days. I asked if they would road test it after the repair. They assured me that they would. I then asked if I could get a loaner while they kept my car so that I could get to and from work to which they replied "Did I make an appointment to reserve one?" I said no but since you are keeping my car for up to 3 days, how am I supposed to get to work. No answer was given. I asked about having them loaning me a new car off the lot; they said no. I asked about a used car off the lot; they said no. Meanwhile, the customer ahead of me brought their vehicle in and was given a loaner right then and there. I was told that there was a 6 week waiting list for a loaner due to the chip shortage. Seems like your dealership needs to make other arrangements. How about partnering with a local car rental agency to fulfill your car loaner shortage? Seems like that would be a great idea instead of having an unsatisfied customer while you hold their vehicle for 3 days, huh?! When I did get my vehicle back after 3 days, the technician incorrectly identified the TSB that was used. When I asked my Service Advisor about it, they took 3 days to get back with me. Listen, you aren't dealing with a rube who fell off the back of a pickup truck. I work in a highly technical field and can read a TSB. I was asking about if the number was correct so that when this issue happens again, and it will because no parts were replaced, I can take my vehicle to another dealership and state that the correct TSB that was used. Thanks for jerking me around again. I guess the old saying of screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me applies. More
Because of the quality of my Ford vehicle, and because of the quality service of my service advisor, I will NEVER buy any other vehicle than a Ford. I have owned Hondas, Chevrolets, Buicks, Volkswagen, Oldsm the quality service of my service advisor, I will NEVER buy any other vehicle than a Ford. I have owned Hondas, Chevrolets, Buicks, Volkswagen, Oldsmobile, and Infinitis in my lifetime. Fords, and the service department at Angela Krause Ford beats them all. More
