Extremely unhappy with my experience with this dealership. Will NOT be purchasing from them again, or recommending to anyone. (EVER) Bought a brand new F150 from them the end of November 2024. Started getting phone calls from my PREVIOUS trade lender.. saying they have not received a payment since (November 10) last payment I made.. Yeah.. when I tried calling the dealership. They were VERY unprofessional. I have yet to hear back from them.. still getting phone call from my Previous lender.. I do NOT recommend this unprofessional dealership.. More

BUYER BEWARE! ! Over the past 8 years I have used Angela Krause Ford to acquire two F150 King Ranch trucks. Once they make the sale, none of their various teams car ! Over the past 8 years I have used Angela Krause Ford to acquire two F150 King Ranch trucks. Once they make the sale, none of their various teams care about customer service after the sale. Horrible! Don't purchase any extended warranty pushed by them because they will not use it for covered TSB's (Technical Service Bulletins - Ford acknowledged defects in their vehicles) unless you start going up the chain of command. Complaints emailed to their Executive Leadership Team will also go unanswered. Their service department and mechanics are pathetic. Maybe they, too, are tired of Ford making a sub-par vehicle resulting in disappointed customers. More
