DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR at Angela Krause Ford. They have had my vehicle for a month and have literally xxxxxxxxxxx their way through giving me my vehicle back. They did not call, text or communicate any updates the entire time unless I reached out to them. They repeated told me I'd have my car back "the middle of next week" and when I'd follow up on Friday when THEY DIDN'T, I would get another "next week." They started screening my calls to the service department when they had no update so I had to show up and demand to have my vehicle back. I have worked with several other dealerships in the area and never had such terrible service. Not once could I get a service manager on the phone. My voicemails were not returned. They should be ashamed of theirselves. More
It's not really this dealership that I wouldn't recommend. They told me that Ford doesnt offer loaner cars for recall work. I had to get a rental car for a week because of this policy. We used our own financing for a vehicle purchase 2 weeks ago. The car was not a Ford but still came with the unwanted Krause Care for an extra $2K. We made the deal the night before and came in with a check ago. The car was not a Ford but still came with the unwanted Krause Care for an extra $2K. We made the deal the night before and came in with a check from our credit union the next morning. It was then that our Salesman informed us that they could not locate the 2nd key, which was part of our signed agreement price. He assured us it would be taken care of as soon as possible. A week later, he called to say the key guy would be at the dealership next Thursday at 9:00am and to be there then if we wanted the 2nd key. He screwed up but then want us to take time off of work and drive 20 miles to get what he agreed to provide? The Woodstock location is 2 miles from my house, that should have been a 2nd option to them sending a mobile key locksmith. In addition to that debacle, it's been 2 weeks and they still havent paid off my trade in. The 10 day pay off has come and gone, as has my payment due date. I am now 30 days late on the prior loan. My tag is supposed to be transferred to the new vehicle but the state still has not been notified of new ownership and currently shows I do not have insurance coverage on it. The Finance Dept had a check in hand 2 weeks ago, what is the hold up?? More
