Zero trust on this business. Placed a Bronco Raptor order with this dealer from original reservation placed with Ford. Dealer claimed no markups over price listed on document signed at time of order. As soon as the order came in a $5k markup was added over an already higher price than what it was agreed. Told it was $5k instead of $10k because it was going to be financed with Ford, not aware it is legal to change the price based on which company finances the vehicle. Was told the person that contacted me has nothing to do with the sale even though he represented himself as sales manager. Dealer claimed they had the right to refuse to sell the vehicle, which works to their advantage because they can now offer it to people without reservation at a much higher price. More interested in making money, not honoring agreements. It then took multiple visits and a phone call to get my deposit back. Didn’t even had the decency to inform me when they we going to sell the vehicle to other party. Do not recommend doing business with these people. More

I’m truly impressed with Ricardo in Lincoln service. He has been extremely helpful in taking care of my vehicle and setting up a future service date to fix an ongoing problem. By far the worst service center in the area. I've owned every brand and been to all the service centers and this is the worst. I would not buy another Ford product for this very reason. You have to make an appointment several days out and when you show up, you find out that appointment is just to get your car in line. It will be another 5 days before they even look at it. What a joke. More
Lincoln sales team is great but service department specific ally Ricardo the Lincoln service manager is totally unresponsive provides inaccurate status updates, kept car for entire week only got the c specific ally Ricardo the Lincoln service manager is totally unresponsive provides inaccurate status updates, kept car for entire week only got the car in the shop on day 6 (note appointment was made 5 weeks earlier to prevent this) and ended up doing nothing because he made a mistaker on the availability of the recall and on top of this billed me for a inspection that was not requested or performed (no documents just a bill). I do not recommend their service. More
