Purchased a used RV motorhome from this dealership. They offered me an RV maintenance agreement for over $3000, which I also purchased. When I needed to use the maintenance agreement, I discovered th They offered me an RV maintenance agreement for over $3000, which I also purchased. When I needed to use the maintenance agreement, I discovered that the dealership had fraudulently submitted an agreement to the warranty company that not only had I not signed, but additionally did not cover anything on my vehicle. They are completely non-responsive to telephone messages. The only way I was able to speak to somebody about this problem was to wait in their waiting area until someone from finance would speak to me. Any promises they made to correct the problem were never kept and they continued to ignore ALL telephone calls. The Georgia Attorney General's office of consumer affairs tried to assist in the resolving the problem and they chose to ignore ALL communication from the Attorney General. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ORGANIZATION I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND YOU SHOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM. More

I love my 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid. After little more than 2 years, the electric battery failed. The service worker, Gustavo, replaced it at my home and was knowledgeable and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I assessed my options and then made the purchase experience hassle free. They advised me that if I had any issues or questions after my purchase, to please reach out so they could assist me. A few days after my purchase I received a follow up call asking how I liked my 2025 Aviator. I LOVE IT! I was again advised that they were there to assist me with any questions or concerns that might arise in the future. Purchasing a car is an important decision and I did not feel pressured to make a decision until I was felt I had seen the best option for me. More

Client advisor recently yelled at me for going over 10k miles without oil change which imho is fine, and no issues, the other time it took three visits until I myself found out there was a screw in one tire leading to loss of pressure almost every day. When the customer has an issue, please listen. More
