Worst service experience I have ever had. Made an appointment for my truck for an oil change and an issue with the fan over 2 weeks ago. Left the truck the evening before to make certain everything could be done in one day. Called twice and did not receive a call back. Had to go by the service department to inquire about my truck. At 330 in the afternoon, NOTHING had been done. Not an oil change, and the tech had not looked at my truck. Is my time not valuable???? If I could give the service department a negative star rating I would. Will not go back to this dealership. More
