The facility is new and and very clean! I was pretty charmed despite resisting. The car that I called in about was brought to us and David was very friendly and funny taking us through the features. After the test drive we were sat down to go over the specs, carfax, and engineers reports. The entire process was transparent and I at no time felt like I was being deceived or spoon-fed a story. Every question or concern I brought up was answered with professionalism and insight. I truly appreciated the attention given during the whole somewhat stressful process. From beginning to end our Salesperson, David Kicks was there to ensure the process was smooth and he added his pleasant brand of humor through out.
