Thanks for sharing your feedback, Ryan. We understand that you had a set price you wanted to pay for the vehicle you were interested in and despite our best efforts, we could not get to that number. We respected the fact that you were a two-hour drive away and were very upfront about providing clear pricing information via email before you made the trip to see us. Because we were not able to physically inspect your trade in, we provided you with a range of possible values and it seems that you automatically assumed the highest number for your trade. Despite our reducing the price of the vehicle you wanted by $500, we were unable to come to terms. Sometimes that happens, and we’re sorry you feel that we were somehow deceptive while working with you.
