Jay Layton was my sales rep. I was apprehensive about buying a new car but he quickly saw my concerns and not only found me a car in my price range but a 2015, was my sales rep. When I asked him why he wouldn't try to sell me a car with a heavier price, he said, ma'am, my job is to get you into a car that you will love. Not just today. But for years to come. He helped me find the exact vehicle that I was looking for. When I decided to buy the vehicle, David took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all my questions. David also took the time to talk to me, and my father personally, and simply made us feel like we were at home. David’s knowledge of cars and VWs in particular is top notch. If your in the market for a VW or any other car I would recommend you ask for David Kicks. This is without a doubt the best car buying experience I have had and definetly worth the trip to Avon! After I decided on the perfect car for me, he was very patient and again helpful in discussing financing options. Jack (financing) was so kind and not pushy when discussing financing. I decided to finance with my personal bank because I have an established relationship with them, but it was very clear that Jack had many possibilities for financing at a great rate. I would highly recommend this dealer. Great experience More
