I came to Andy Mohr Collision Center to get my bumper repaired from being rear-ended. Unfortunately, it was a hit-and-run, so of course I was responsible for the deductible. My first call to Andy Mohr was super friendly and welcoming. The first thing that impressed me was that they are actually open until 6 pm. This is great for people like me who work until 5 pm. I had plenty of time to get there without having to leave work early. When I got to the collision center to get the estimate, Susie was extremely kind to me and thorough with the estimate. She even called the rental car location and set up the reservation for me. I essentially had to do nothing except come back and drop off my car. During my wait, I had a friendly chat with Jon, one of the other employees. My car was ready exactly when they said it would be done, and the work was perfect! My bumber looked just as good as it did the day I bought the car. The customer service, timeliness and outgoing personalities of the employees was wonderful. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone in need of car repairs. They helped take a horrible and inconvenient situation and make it as easy and painless as possible. You guys are awesome!!! More

I believe that the purchase of a new car should be a happy experience and it really was. All of the sales and management professionals really did a great job and treated me like a valued customer. I rated this dealership very very good because they were great helping my wife and I find us a family car. The GM was very very nice and set us up with a salesman "Walter" who helped us as well. This is the second car I have bought off of the lot and aam very very happy with the business and how it is ran. Wouldn't go anywhere else if looking for cars, nor do I recommend anyone else to go elswhere. This lot is the best as well as the people. The guys in the back detailed the car great as well. Looks very nice and we are very happy with what we got. Thanks to all the employees at the Speedway Andy Mohr Chevrolet for making us a great customer. More
While I initially hit some snags with my trade-in at this dealer, the general manager Gary Weinbrecht made it right and then some. I have dealt with over a half dozen dealers in the Indianapolis area in the last month, and Andy Mohr Speedway was one of the few that didn't leave me feeling like I was being bullied or like I was a walking checkbook. I came in without an appointment, and with no clear cause for my truck's problem. Rob and the Service Department were able to get my 2003 TrailBlazer in and diagnosed the problem within a reasonable amo for my truck's problem. I was provided with a shuttle ride to work, and then back to the dealership to pick up my truck (with nice conversations with the driver, Lonnie). The Service Department replaced the fan clutch in what I consider a reasonable time (very close to Rob's estimate), and my truck seems to be running like new. I don't know how the repair price would compare to other service providers, but getting my truck in and fixed in the same day, as well as providing me with a ride to work and back, is worth a lot to me. More
I walked in looking for a used truck. I picked up my brand new truck on December 31st. Everyone that worked with me was fantastic. The Manager, Gary Weinbrecht personally worked with me to help me fin brand new truck on December 31st. Everyone that worked with me was fantastic. The Manager, Gary Weinbrecht personally worked with me to help me find a truck to suit my needs. Tim Torrance, the financial man, was very helpful. He explained everything I was signing and helped me understand the entire process. Bill Allen brought my new truck to the front, clean, gassed up and ready to go. My other care is Chevy too and I will be taking it to Andy Mohr Speedway for any repairs it may need. I would, and will, recommend this dealership to everyone. It was a very nice, quick and painless experience in purchasing a new vehicle. More
Tire pressure light came on in my 5 day old Camry. Thought the issue may have been related to the weather drop. Come to find out there was a 4 inch screw in one of my tires. Overall the experience was positive and I would gladly go back for any future service. More
DO NOT USE THE SERVICE AT WEST 38th STREET ANDY MOHR!!!! Very bad customer service - they DO NOT return phone calls! I had work done on 8/24 and even though I gave Ryan my extended warranty policy number, Very bad customer service - they DO NOT return phone calls! I had work done on 8/24 and even though I gave Ryan my extended warranty policy number, he couldn't remember when he called me back to quote the full cost of repair! The repaired and covered under warranty issue is not to my satisfaction. I've left two messages for the service manager and one for the general manager .... still waiting for a phone call. More
