The General Manager Joe Kapitan has the unusual ability to understand the needs of the customer and strives to provide the ultimate customer service experience. More importantly, he has established a customer based culture that his employees have embraced. As I was contemplating what vehicle I wanted I had the pleasure of working with Jeramie Nesmith. He stayed in contact with both me and my husband to ensure that I got the exact vehicle that was right for me. He was patient, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I could not have been more pleased with the service he provided me. Once I arrived at Andy Mohr KIA I was met outside by Esteban Moreno. He was excited to show the vehicle to me and to my surprise even was ready to drive off the parking lot. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the KIA Sportege. He provided a detailed overview of the vehicle and answered every question. He stayed with me from the time I arrived until my departure. He made me feel reassured that I made the right decision of purchasing the Sportage vehicle. The final step was financing. I can say that I am not generally a fan of financing but Derrick Smithson made it a pleasurable experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained every part of the paperwork in an efficient manner.
