TERRIBLE! !!! GOT A CAR FROM THEM ACTUALLY 2 CARS FIRST ONE WAS JUNK THEY GAVE ME A LONER THAT ONE BROKE DOWN, THEY HAD TO TOW IT OUT MY YARD ! THEN I GOT THIS !!! THEN I GOT THIS ONE LESS THAN 6 MONTHS ALREADY HAD ISSUES SINCE DAY 1 !! I HAVE CALLED AND CALLED NO ANSWER FROM THE GUY DEEM . I ALSO CALLED "HERITAGE ACCEPTANCE "' THEY TOLD ME A BUNCH OF BS SAYING I HAD TO FILL OUT A FORM BY MAIL AND SEE IF THEY ACCEPT ME TO GET MY CAR FIXED I HAVE NO A.C . ITE 90 DEGREES OUT ,!!! IM PAYING FOR A JUNK CAR THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I CAN GO ON AND ON BUT WHAT GOOD WILL IT DO?? !!! IM JUST SO UPSET ABOUT THIS!! More

There was a specific used vehicle on their lot that I’d been communicating with them about all day. When I got there that afternoon to see it, they could not find the keys. The salesman showed me a few oth been communicating with them about all day. When I got there that afternoon to see it, they could not find the keys. The salesman showed me a few other options to test drive, which was fine because I told them I was open to other ideas. But the whole reason for my visit was for the used Explorer they had on the lot. They finally found the keys; the car was being used by one of the managers. It was filthy. There were things piled in it. It was disappointing considering they had all day to prepare for us to get there (find the keys, and at least empty the trash out). Nonetheless, I did really like the car and wanted to proceed with purchase. We’d already done our research on KBB regarding our trade, and looked at comparable vehicles for sale to see what the retail value would be. I was told that requesting payoff for my vehicle was unreasonable, even though that was the value listed on KBB for trade in. The salesman asked me to request a cash value from KBB, which I did. The best they could do was 2k over the cash offer, which was still 4k short of payoff. I was not thrilled with the idea of rolling over negative equity into a car that was older and had significantly more miles than the one I was trading in. In the meantime of negotiations, another dealership down the road saw the kbb request and called me, saying they were extremely interested in our trade in. They had an Explorer on their lot as well that was newer and with less miles. We left to go to that dealership. The salesman was confident, cocky even, that no one would give me more for our trade in than they would. The other dealership paid off my trade in and we left with a beautiful new to us Explorer. In summary, my experience was the salesman was very pushy and unprepared for my visit. He just wanted me in any car, regardless of what I specifically came there to look at. I had to ask multiple times for a moment alone to discuss with my husband because he was constantly hovering. And then when it came down to the numbers, I found the “negotiation tactics” tacky and a little condescending. You’ll be hard pressed to convince me to return to this dealership, and I’ll definitely not be referring anyone there. I’ll be sending any of my friends down the road to the dealership that was kind and actually helpful, and ultimately successful in actually selling me the car I wanted. More
