I drove all the way from Illinois to Andy Mohr to check out an Audi. I received assistance right away and got into the test drive relatively quickly. Mark was a pleasure to work with, trying his best to he out an Audi. I received assistance right away and got into the test drive relatively quickly. They washed the car and gave us a full tank of gas for the way back. Derrick was also kind and we got the sales paperwork done before I even knew it. After buying 5 cars in 3 years, I felt this was my go to dealership, then the salesman I had work with the past 5 times left. It was like they never met me before. My loyalty was met with an un willingness dealership, then the salesman I had work with the past 5 times left. It was like they never met me before. My loyalty was met with an un willingness to budge on their very greedy " market adjustment" . Then I was told one payment by a sales manager and after thinking about it, went back in to do the deal only to be told he wasn't here and now the payment was $ 30 higher. I told them whe I bought my first car ," I will buy cars from you until you give me a reason not too" . Well, they have ,they seem to have lost the customer first attitude now that it is the sellers market. Alli can say is it won't last forever but my bad taste will.. More
