Let me preface this whole thing with, “I HATE car shopping.” Not the actual act of looking at cars, but the sometimes pushy, not so honest salespeople and the better than everybody finance teams.. shopping.” Not the actual act of looking at cars, but the sometimes pushy, not so honest salespeople and the better than everybody finance teams.. When a deer strike totaled out my paid off Flex, I was more upset about the fact that I would have to go car shopping than anything else. My husband happened to see a very nice Chevy Blazer listed on their website. I called to ask if it was still there and was told that it was being used as a loaner that day. I insisted that I be called when it returned. They called me later that afternoon and I drove I to work 2 hours early just to see the car. When I got to the dealership I was told that it still wasn’t back and that it should be back by 5. I had to leave for work before it would be back. I was also advised that there were others coming to look at it. Eric gave me his word and asked me to trust him that the vehicle was super nice and in great shape. I was extremely interested in the car and was offered to fill out all of the paperwork with the promise if I didn’t like anything about it, they would tear the paperwork up and I could walk away. We filled the paperwork and I told them I’d be in early the next day to look at it and finish paperwork if I liked it. I returned to the dealership the next day to a pristine car. Ben, Eric, and Derrick made my entire experience at Andy Mohr Kia the most comfortable car buying experience ever. From start to finish I probably spent less than 2 hours at the dealership for the whole thing. No pushy sales guys, no lies. Fast, efficient, and to the point. I will definitely return to these guys!
