They will tell you anything you want to hear to get a sale, then when it’s time to go to fiancé to go threw paper work they rush but fortunetly I was quicker than the finance manager and corrected him there on the spot stating that things were owed to me and that it need to be documented or I was walking away. Three weeks later I am still waiting for these things with many different excuses. More
Waste of time My husband had contacted them to see about a Kia Soul. He told them over the phone what our price point was. After several communications he was told to come in. My husband told them if we couldn't come close to a deal there was no sense in wasting our time or theirs. My husband was assured if we came in we could make a deal. We made the hour long drive and the person that we communicated with gave us to another salesman. Ok that was fine, he was a nice guy. He showed us the vehicle and asked for keys to our car to get information on it. Ok fine. We waited awhile while they ran numbers. He came back to fill out financial information and we were told we were close to a deal. Ok waited again. He brought back an offer that was significantly more than we told them we could pay. Back to sales manager while we wait again. My husband at this point asked for our keys but was told `yes I have them`. Sales manager came and was not friendly, and very rudely told my husband that he was told on the phone we couldn't come close to a deal. My husband told him that we were told to come in and we wasted our whole Saturday afternoon, our gas for an hour drive each way and miles on our vehicle which was a lease and now may go over on our miles After he told us what the payments would be my husband asked about the price if we leased it and very sarcastically he told us it was about the same. We've leased a few vehicles and the lease payment is always lower than the purchase payment. My husband then asked why the calculated price on the internet was lower than what he told us he said " well I would have to physically go in and figure it myself". He was not willing to work with us. Evidently they are making too much money at this dealership and don't need to sell many cars. We've always been able to make a deal at other dealerships because they are desperate to sell. Not worth our time. More
Great experience with my service I took my car in for a routine oil change and the service department let me know my engine air filter/cabin air filter needed changed. I was hesitant I took my car in for a routine oil change and the service department let me know my engine air filter/cabin air filter needed changed. I was hesitant because I know how expensive labor for service on your car can be but they gave me time to look up the prices of filters myself and also gave me a quote for the filters they would be using if they performed the service. The prices were exactly the same and labor was VERY resonable!! I am very happy with my experience and I will go here for all my future service needs!! More
Poor dealership Got a car from Andy Mohr Kia had the car for a week went back told them I wanted my truck back they said no so now I am stuck with a car I don't want. Blown head gasket Andy Mohr Kia sold me a used car yesterday and picked up today. He took the car in to get the oil changed and they told him there was oil in the radia Andy Mohr Kia sold me a used car yesterday and picked up today. He took the car in to get the oil changed and they told him there was oil in the radiator fluid. Which means a blown head gasket. I took back the car today (within the same day)and Gary Craft at Andy Mohr Kia stayed there is nothing they could do. Please do not shop at any Andy Mohr car stores. More
