I wasn’t a priority So I called to see about getting a vehicle, due to my situation I was upfront about everything. Well that never happened, 4 days straight they didn’t even attempt to run my app so I could purchase a vehicle. I had everything ready pay stubs bank statements down payment, so when I called on day 4 the gentle man on the phone informed me that they had been so busy he just hadn’t gotten to it yet. And his excuse was well I have customers sitting right in front of me, so they’re a priority and I’m not? You’ve had my information 3-4 days at this point and I’ve been checking in for you not to even run my Information? Ooh I’m sorry I figured everyone wanting a vehicle irregardless of the amount of business is important. But not at Andy mohr! Unless you’re sitting face to face they don’t want your business, they’ll lead you on for a couple days and boom, you’ll be aggravated and tell them not to worry about it! NEVER AGAIN! More
