Poor communications I set up an appointment two days in advance via multiple emails but when I arrived no one knew I was coming. I had emailed them the specific stock numbers I wanted to test drive and neither was ready when I arrived. We spent over 6 hours at dealership waiting for vehicles to be prepared for test drive, our trade in to be evaluated, and offer/counteroffer games to be played. Never again - I should have gone back to Bob Poynter Hyundai (which is where I have purchased in the past and will go for service). More

Genesis G80 purchase This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle when it was the first one I physically looked at and drove. Yes it is a great car, and yes it stan This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle when it was the first one I physically looked at and drove. Yes it is a great car, and yes it stands on its own merits, but if Brandon and the team at Andy Mohr had not done the job they did I would likely be coming to that conclusion in August not in March. Everyone on the team was great (Brandon, Randy, Jeremy) and the experience was the most positive car by experience I have had (I have purchased a lot of cars). It was obvious they wanted to get me into the Genesis but at no time did I feel like I was being pressured in a uncomfortable way. Through out the experience Brandon was making sure he moved us along but was continually checking to insure my needs were being met and it was at a pace that kept us moving along together. More
