Our pricing is in line with both OEM guidelines as well as other dealerships with factory-trained personnel, and we believe we provide value commensurate to what we charge. Our team is trained to alert the customer when there is work that we believe should be performed to keep the vehicle running smoothly. It’s then up to the customer to decide whether to move forward or not. Recommendations can always be declined, but we would be remiss to not point out items that might need attention.
