I bought used Honda CRV car just 4 days before and its battery is dead even I took Honda Certified Extended warranty spending $4k and now they are not replacing it. The service department personnel are friendly and welcoming. They have finished my car’s service early both times I brought it in. I would have given them a five star rating; however, both times welcoming. They have finished my car’s service early both times I brought it in. Each time I was told “well, I guess you’ll just have to do it the old-fashioned way” rather than trying to determine the cause of my concern. More
