I went to Purchase car From This dealership and had very bad experience. On my First vehicle Honda odyssey they want $3500 over Msrp when fisher honda and hubler honda was charging $0.00 over Msrp and my s bad experience. On my First vehicle Honda odyssey they want $3500 over Msrp when fisher honda and hubler honda was charging $0.00 over Msrp and my second time experience in 2024 march they value my car trade for honda accord 2018 at $7983 almost $6000 less from the market value . If I haven’t check the value on kbb. I will be easily scammed by this dealership .Finally ended up buying new car at Hubler honda and trade my accord for $14000. And saved my $6000. I will not suggest anyone to trade a car at this location More

My Accord was purchased remotely the last week of December 2023. I asked the sales person. Jeremy, to send me a short video showing any dents, door dings or anything that would show damage to my December 2023. I asked the sales person. Jeremy, to send me a short video showing any dents, door dings or anything that would show damage to my new to me 2022 Accord. He did not send the video, nor did he tell me of a very noticeable “shopping card” ding on the drivers side. Since I purchased the car remotely, having not seen the car till the paperwork was signed, I was shocked by Jeremy’s omission of the dent. We had driven 3 hours from Cincinnati to pick up the car, and felt cheated by Jeremy’s omission since we had to leave for home that day. After uncomfortable discussions, and driving around getting bids, the dealership agreed to reimburse me for the dent repair. Nice car. Good price. But the remote purchase was soured by Andy Mohr not taking responsibility in informing me and possibly repairing the dent before we came to pick up the car. More
