We bought our car at the very end of August, and were surprised what an easy, no pressure, relaxed experience it was. My daughter and I were heading out on a road trip, and I felt very confident with the things being suggested and explained by Tyler Purk. He went above and beyond when helping me. He told me the things that should be taken care of then, and what things weren't yet urgent. He even helped save me some money which was so appreciated, because cost was a concern of mine. I can't recommend the dealership and service department enough. Thank you for the fantastic service!!! More

I recently bought a truck from Andy Mohr Honda online, and I shouldn't have. There is a $2500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit in order to hold a vehicle, they were very adamant about that. Yet when I asked for p and I shouldn't have. There is a $2500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit in order to hold a vehicle, they were very adamant about that. Yet when I asked for pictures, information about their inspection, or really anything else, I was met with excuses and vague replies. I inquired specifically about rust on the vehicle and was never given an answer. The pictures they sent were as if they found and took the pictures with a digital camera from 2007, and from 6 feet away. Now that I own the vehicle, I inspected it to have rust on the underside of the bed - conveniently not included in the pictures. I asked what their "multi-point inspection" covered and was given an answer that gave me no specific information. Turns out the rear transmission seal is leaking. There was enough down time after my deposit that they could have fixed that transmission seal and I would have paid for it. But I couldn't even get them to get a second key made. I spoke specifically to Brianne Wischman, Carr Smith and Keenan Gill. Brianne was nice and polite but avoided any of my direct questions, was very vague and misleading. Keenan GIll was rude, impatient and ignorant to the technology he was using and product he was selling. The only helpful person was a gentleman named John who seemed to be the only person there with a phone from the last few years and the ability to upload a video to for me to watch. My one star is for him. Other than that, 0/10, zero stars, do not recommend. Especially after the general manager told me on a phone call that "he had nothing to hide with the truck" I have that call recorded. More
