I am almost 2 hours away from this Andy Mohr dealership. I found a Honda Pilot online that had just been taken in on trade. I sent an email inquiring about it . I asked for detailed pictures of any cosmetic flaws inside or outside. I stated I knew this was a used vehicle , but I wanted to be aware of anything that was wrong with the car prior to my trip there. The salesman I was dealing with, Eric told me that there were no flaws that he could see. (Again, I know this is a used car, so I was expecting a few little scratches or dings ) He done a walk around video and sent a few pictures, but it was raining so you couldn't see much. He assured me that this vehicle was in excellent condition . I sent my vehicle information over for a trade offer. We agreed on a price and I sent a deposit over , but told him I would not be able to make it until Wednesday (this was Monday) I asked him to have it cleaned and ready and to have the paperwork all ready for us to sign, as we were on a schedule between a doctors appointment and another appointment. I also asked if he would fill up the gas tank. He said absolutely, I will hook you up. He told me the transaction would be a quick in and out, I sent over all needed information...DLN, proof of insurance , SSN...everything ! We were paying cash so there was no finance paperwork. After all this he said that Wednesday was his day off , but he would come in as long as I told him what time. We set the time for 11 AM. Wednesday morning around 915, I received a text saying he wasn't going to be able to meet me, but Reid would take care of me . He also said that the paperwork and car were ready to go. I told him no big deal and thanked him for all his help. Upon arrival at the dealership, we found Reid. Reid appeared to be absolutely clueless about everything, though he did say Eric had asked him to finish everything up for us. Once we walked to the care which was in the bay, we immediately noticed several scratches and chips in the paint. I stated that I was told there was nothing he saw, and asked for them to touch up those spots to avoid rust...that was DENIED!! He kept saying, let's figure out some numbers. There were no numbers to figure out, as we had already agreed and all the paperwork was supposed to be finished. We spent over 3 hours in the dealership, as the paperwork was not ready to just be signed! The car was half way clean...they had sprayed cleaner in random places and forgot to wipe it out. The gas was on E and Reid refused to fill it up. (The low fuel light came on 5 miles after leaving the dealership) The only friendly employee being the lady at the front desk who answered calls . We didn't even get a "Thank you for your business." I text my salesman and told him how the experience was, expecting at least an apology....nothing . I sent an email the next day, no response . I received a link to rates experience, so I text Eric once again and asked if he would like me to fill it out before he reached out to me or after. Immediately, he texts me back saying he isn't sure what happened and he was sorry. Not touching on anything I had asked or complained about. We will never buy another vehicle here and I will not recommend this place to anyone. I had two people looking for vehicles, I was planning on sending them, not after the experience we had.
