LC Baker was the greatest man to help me get my new car. He was so helpful in taking my old car and making me feel good about the Honda I bought.. Absolutely would not recommend this dealership to anyone! I made an appointment to purchase a truck and confirmed the appointment the morning of the purchase day. I then proceeded to drive 2hrs to the deale I made an appointment to purchase a truck and confirmed the appointment the morning of the purchase day. I then proceeded to drive 2hrs to the dealership, only to be told that the used car sales manager had decided he wanted the truck and it was no longer for sale. The dealership offered a $40.00 gift card to cover gas / travel expenses but never sent it and quit responding to my emails. Complete lack or customer service from Lauren in the online sales department and complete lack of professionalism from the entire staff. More
We ordered a 2022 Ford Maverick in October 2021, our salesperson left, so I communicated with Michelle Doll over the last year. Our Maverick was delayed again and again, finally to the point where it w salesperson left, so I communicated with Michelle Doll over the last year. Our Maverick was delayed again and again, finally to the point where it would not have been built as a 2022, this isn't Andy Mohr's fault, it's Ford's and even there they can't hardly help that they created such a popular truck that they can't build them fast enough. I came in to the dealership expecting to talk with Michelle about just getting our deposit back and finding a different vehicle. While talking with her we realized they had a Maverick sitting in the showroom (customer canceled order) that was **exactly** what we had ordered. Michelle and I talked through it and I asked if we could buy that one (which they had marked up to over $50k due to the popularity/scarcity of the Maverick) and they keep our order when it finally comes in. Michelle went and talked with the GM, he told her "make the customer happy" and they agreed to sell it to us at MSRP and I was even able to use my X-Plan discount! We did a handshake deal there and agreed we would pick it up the next day. Michelle had salesman Steve Kluesener call me the next day and we got everything figured out over the phone and text. Steve is very personable, professional, honest and knowledgeable about Ford vehicles, I enjoyed talking with him and working with him. I'm a Ford fan and investor, so I could tell how knowledgeable he is, and I appreciated that. He's a real asset to Andy Mohr Ford. Even Chris "Dragon" the Finance Manager was very professional and good to deal with. I thanked Michelle again for taking care of us and she thanked me for our business. Andy Mohr has certainly won my future business by the way they handled this. More
Service center is a joke. . twice now I have hadnto have rotars replaced after being told during my works service they are fine even after asking about them. None of my fluid levels were checked and they damaged my oil plug and then made me pay for a new one! Called service manager at time and he advised they would make it right. Spoke with new service manager today and was told they aren't going to do anything and implied it was all my fault! I have purchased 3 vehicles here but will not go back my money can go to a dealership that cares about their customers!! More
Just bought a car from Andy Mohr Ford. This was the easiest process from start to finish. But then I found the perfect car for me there and he did everything in his power to get me in it and the car payment I wanted. Since I couldn't get there till after work the whole test drive and filling out the financing was completed after close. Since it was so late the banks were all closed. Asked me to come back the next day and finish it all up. When Badu texted me the next day not only was he able to shave off a year of my financing, get a lower interest rate and he also got me gap insurance and a 2 year 24,000 warranty for just 20 more a month. I will tell anyone to go there from now on. This place rocks. More
