Service department Sucks! Went for oil change and they left oil filler cap off. Took it back because I noticed oil on my garage floor. They told me I had a valve gasket leak and still did not notice missing oil cap. Took vehicle to Ziebart for annual maintenance next day and they called me to let me know they could not power clean the engine due to missing oil cap. What a joke! More

Took our 2022 explorer in for an oil change and tire rotation, in and out in about 45 minutes. My service advisor was very professional, great job! Decent service for general maintenance. I was quoted $144 for a 40,000 mile service package by the Ford App and it actually cost me over $650.
